Three beautiful people came together to create one of the most memorable moments of our 50th Anniversary celebrations. Band Up, Band Up! is a lovely rendition composed by Manashjyoti Bubu Bora (batch of 1988), sung by Gayatri Devi (batch of 1987) and written by Bijoy Krishna Handique. The song was recorded in Bubu’s studio Audio World. We are eternally grateful to this awesome trio for this wonderful creation.
The cultural program saw a grand finale with this song sung by Gayatri Devi and HHMI students and joined by thousands of applauding alumni. The song was uploaded a few days in advance on YouTube so that everybody had this song on their lips during the performance.
